Held under the theme “Focusing on Supply-Demand Cooperation to Promote the Integrated Development of the China-Africa Health Industry,” the Expo is designed to accelerate healthcare transformation across the region. Key areas of focus include the introduction of cutting-edge medical technologies, integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in diagnostics and treatment, and enhanced healthcare access and quality throughout West Africa.
In his welcome address, Dr. Samuel Boakye-Boateng, Director of PPMED at GHS, praised the collaboration with HCOWAA as a timely and necessary initiative to promote healthcare development within the sub-region.
Enla Fees, Director of Stakeholder Engagement for Global Health at Qure.ai, underscored the growing importance of AI-enabled healthcare.
