1. Visit the State Ministry of Education (SMoE) headquarters or zonal office in your state.
2. Request for the School Establishment and Approval Guidelines.
3. Submit:
   • CAC registration documents
   • Proof of location & school infrastructure
   • List of proposed staff and qualifications
   • Proposed curriculum (aligned with NERDC)
4. Pay the application and inspection fees.
5. Wait for site inspection and evaluation.
6. If successful, receive Provisional Approval.
