Dreaming of studying in Europe’s most innovative, affordable, and high-ranking academic system?
The DAAD Scholarship Germany 2025–2026 has officially opened for applications—and it’s your golden chance to secure a fully funded master’s or PhD degree in Germany.
Every year, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) funds thousands of talented students from around the world—including Nigeria and across Africa—to pursue graduate studies in Germany’s top universities.
And here’s the best part: you don’t need to speak German to apply. Many of the programs are taught in English.
DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) is the world’s largest funding organization for international academic exchange. Since its founding in 1925, DAAD has funded over 2 million students and researchers in and out of Germany.
Funded by the German Federal Government, DAAD partners with leading German universities, research institutes, and global development bodies. It is a symbol of Germany’s commitment to education, diplomacy, and global knowledge sharing.
In short: DAAD doesn’t just pay for your education. It invests in your future leadership.
DAAD offers comprehensive financial support for international students pursuing postgraduate programs (especially those in development, public policy, engineering, education, health, and environmental science).
