Nigerian rap icon and Grammy-nominated artist Olamide has officially unveiled the tracklist for his much-anticipated *self-titled album, slated for release in *June 2025. The 17-track project showcases an impressive mix of Nigerian and international stars, reflecting Olamide’s global influence and enduring relevance in the music industry.
Among the standout features are *Wizkid, **Asake, **Seyi Vibez, **Young Jonn, and **BOJ, alongside international powerhouses like **Dr. Dre, **Popcaan, **SPINALL, **Darkoo, and Latin sensation *Daecolm. The album is set to be a genre-blending experience, merging Afrobeats, hip-hop, dancehall, and Latin sounds.
In the lead-up to the full album, Olamide has dropped two singles:
- “99”, a dynamic track featuring Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, and Daecolm,
- and “Kai”, released on April 29, 2025, which sees Olamide reunite with longtime collaborator Wizkid over a bouncy Konto rhythm, serenading a love interest with smooth vocals and bold swagger.
Notably, Wizkid appears on two tracks in the album, continuing a partnership with Olamide that has spanned over a decade and produced several fan favorites.
This project follows Olamide’s 2023 album *’Ikigai’, which featured tracks like *”Metaverse”, “Habibi”, and “Uptown Disco”, the latter showcasing Fireboy and Asake—both of whom are products of his YBNL label.
Set to become his *11th solo album, this self-titled release not only reinforces Olamide’s reputation as a consistent hitmaker but also underscores his versatility and evolution over more than a decade in the industry.
