Chioma Ifemeludike condemns killing of Fish Magnet — That’s the firm message from AAC governorship hopeful in Anambra, as she mourns the tragic abduction and murder of entrepreneur Ifesinachi Onyekere, popularly known as “Fish Magnet.” He was kidnapped at his home in Ezinifite community, Okpuno, and found dead days later—a loss that has shaken the state’s youth and business communities.
In an emotional press release, Ifemeludike called the killing “horrific” and demanded immediate, transparent investigations by the Anambra State Government and security agencies.
She emphasized that Fish Magnet represented the energy and spirit of Anambra’s young entrepreneurs, and his death cannot be ignored or reduced to a trivial headline.
“I’m devastated, and I’m angry,” the AAC candidate declared. She reminded the government that protecting its citizens is not optional—it’s constitutional. Ifemeludike urged the Soludo administration to act swiftly and ensure those behind the murder face justice. She warned that the pain of victims should not be swept under the carpet, and that accountability must be served for every life lost .
